The diamond plate is formed into different shapes by wire EDM and cutting edges are ground and polished to achieve an extremely sharp and accurate cutting edge. PCD diamond is used to cut Abrasive Plastics, Carbon Fiber, Graphite, Copper, Aluminum, Magnesium, and other nonferrous materials. All shapes are ground to cut to center for plunging into solid material.
